Important Information of the Venue

1) The site is a shared futsal facility, surfaced with artificial turf. Please ensure that your dog(s) relief on the outside of the facility. All dog owners and handlers are also responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s). All poos should be immediately picked up and disposed of in the appropriate trash containers. DO NOT allow your dogs to marking the netting and around the perimeters of the pitches. Please bring your own crate, clean up supplies, & water for your dog.

2) Each pee/poo accident in the competition ring will incur a fine of $50. Handlers will have to clean up immediately after their dogs and disinfect the ground. The team will be dismissed from the ring and not be allowed to continue.

3) Dogs are NOT allowed to enter any other pitches. Anyone found violating this rule will be dismissed from the show ground immediately and be denied entry in future shows.

4) All dogs must be kept on leash or crated when not in the ring. Dogs at the holding area MUST be kept in crates. Putting dogs on stools or on leashes and tying them to fence/chair/post is strictly NOT allowed.  

5) Chairs are not provided, please bring your own foldable chairs for your own comfort. If you are using chairs belonging to the premises, please stack them back neatly after use.

6) Competitors alone are responsible for the behaviour of their dogs, children and guests. Any competitor whose dogs, children, or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behaviour (such as creating excessive noise that disturbs the neighbourhood) may, at the discretion of the show management, be asked to remove the offending dogs / children / guests from the event grounds. No refund of fees will be made in such a case. Owners of bitches in season shall exercise consideration and give space to other dogs.

7) Keep the premises clean and tidy. No eating and drinking are allowed in the pitches. Dispose wastes in the bins provided around the premises.

8) Please help to keep the noise level down.

9) Any person who violates any of the above rules will be asked to leave the premises. Competitors who violate these rules will be excused without benefit of refund. 

 

Layout of trial site

Dogs at waiting area should be crated.

Queue, entry & exit paths are for dogs preparing to go into the ring. Dogs that have completed their runs should move on to the waiting area or carpark. DO NOT crowd around the area.

Officials area is out of bounds to competitors and their grooms.

  • Handlers will be considered late if they are not present to walk into the ring once the previous dog has crossed the finish line. 

  • Handlers who are late will be marked as absent, and their runs for that class will be forfeited.
